Ilker Nacakli was born in Izmir, in 1984. After finishing high school, he continued his education at Istanbul Technical University and achieved his bachelors in Computer Engineering. He concluded his education with a masters program at Bilgi University specialized on Business Administration.

He started his professional life as a software specialist in 2006. He became a partner at Caretta Software & Consultancy Services Ltd. in 2009. He co-founded Portmark Foreign Trade Co.Ltd. in 2010 (inactive right now) and co-founded Karena Human Resources and Management Consultaning Co. Ltd. in 2011. His last entrepreneurship (for now) was to establish Arno Brasco Digital Media Services Ltd. in 2012.

He is the managing partner of Caretta, and continues to serve on the boards of both Arno Brasco and Karena. A supporter of Beşiktaş soccer team, he became a Beşiktaş Congress Member in 2012.

Despite his young age, he is taking steps confidently in business life as he is determined to carry the success of Caretta and Arno Brasco beyond.
